The Industry was established in the year of 1980 at Meah Khan Nagar, South Bakalia , Chittagong. It is a manufacturing unit of Mostafa Group of Industries, engaged in manufacturing of Best quality Rexine Cloth of all sizes and thickness. This was the 1st Industrial unit of Mostafa Group of Industries and started industrial business with this project of its kind in Bangladesh. The authorized capital of Rahman Rexine Industries Limited is Bangladesh Taka 30(Thirty ) Lac only.
The main raw materials of Rexine Cloth will include cloth, resin, D.O.P and pigments etc. Out of them raw materials DOP and Resin and pigments are imported items. Cloth, a main item, is to be procured and collected from local market .local sources.
The products are being used in Furniture making Industries , Shopping Bags , Book Binding Industries, File Covers and domestic purposes as it is considered Best quality and as well as import substitute. The whole production target is used and consumed in the local market and as such will save foreign currencies with the products of Rexine Cloths.
Prices of Rexine cloths are also cheaper than imported rexine cloths and as well as usable by the buyers of all categories as it is local made and availability in the market. Is is also a low cost item here.
